Shipping within EU

Currently shipping rates are set up or shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France,Italy, Austria, Finland and Sweden. Please contact me to inform about shipping to other EU countries, and I can see if I can set it up and/or possibly give you a quote.

Current shipping rates for the Netherlands: €7.95 per order and €1 per additional item, for Belgium and Germany €9.50 per order and €2 per additional item, for France and Italy €16 per order and €2.50 per additional item, for Austria, Finland and Sweden €20 per order and €5 per additional item.

Shipping to the USA, Canada & Australia

Current shipping rates for the USA, Canada and Australia: €25 per order and €5 per additional item.

Pick Up in Heeze (code PICKUPHZ)

Use the code PICKUPHZ in case you want to pick up your purchase at my studio in Heeze, the Netherlands. Shipping costs will not be added at checkout using this code.

Free shipping over €150 (code SHIPFREE150)

Use the code SHIPFREE150 at checkout for your orders over €150, and shipping costs will not be added to your total.

Returns

It's important to me that you're happy with your purchase. As my ceramics are completely handmade, there will sometimes be slight variations in color, size and designs, this is to be expected. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and your item is not as you expected, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your purchase, and I will do my best to resolve the issue. 

Pieces in original, unused condition can be returned for shop credit within 5 days of delivery. Please note that shipping will not be refunded, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and safe packaging of the item being returned. 

In the event of the piece being damaged in transit, please take a photo of the damaged item and the box and contact me immediately. I will replace any items that have been damaged due to shipping.
