Handmade planter, made from a light speckled stoneware clay and glazed in white on the inside. Hand decorated in a repeating ‘Half Striped Scallop’ pattern using the sgraffito technique, where lines are hand carved through a layer of darker clay slip.The scallop shapes are then glazed with a transparent glaze, while the background is left unglazed.
Measures approximately 10 x 11 cm /4” tall and 4.5” in diameter. Fits a 10 cm/ 4” plant liner from the nursery and comes with a drainage hole and a saucer.
