Spoon rest made from a recycled stoneware, glazed in a glossy clear glaze. Wheel thrown and altered to accomodate for a kitchen utensil. The surface is decorated with a geometric design using the sgraffito technique, where lines are hand carved through a layer of colored underglaze. The rim is left bare clay.
